We are offering the Prodig-Tech GL-S paint thickness meter from the Polish company Prodig-Tech GL-S from the PREMIUM series, characterized by a number of additional functions and technical solutions that improve the comfort of measurement and its accuracy. The meter has a measuring head suspended in an elastic way, which is constructed in such a way that when the probe is pressed against the tested surface, it slides into the probe housing. This makes the measurement more accurate due to a more even pressure on the surface to be tested. It also eliminates hand vibrations.

The device is used to measure paint thickness on steel and aluminium sheets.

It has an MEASUREMENT ASSISTANT function which tells the evaluator whether the car has undergone tinsmithing and painting repairs. This function is intended to help with the interpretation of the measurements, it cannot be the basis for an unequivocal answer to the question whether the car has had car body and paint repairs. When this function is activated, the meter shows the status messages on the display when the measurements are taken.

The meter is equipped with the HOLD function which allows the measurement to be made and stopped so that the meter can be moved away from the surface to be checked and the measurement can be read. This function is activated from the MENU level

The device has a sound signal which is useful when making a measurement with the HOLD function switched on and informs us about the measurement made by a short beep.
