INTERFACE ELECTRONICS PROTECTION

Especially for workshops and specialists who handle a large number of gas controllers, we have upgraded the electronic circuitry of our devices. We have introduced a series of changes that eliminate the risk of damaging the interface electronics due to incorrect connection. Previously, a connection mistake usually meant sending a 12V voltage to one of the interface's signal pins, resulting in its damage. The new electronics version is fully protected against such failures. Several months of testing in LPG workshops cooperating with our company have confirmed the absolute reliability of our devices.

LED INDICATION

• RED - this LED indicates proper synchronization of the computer with the interface. It lights up only after the drivers are correctly installed and signals the interface's readiness for operation
• GREEN - indicates data transmission by the interface
• YELLOW - indicates data reception from the LPG control unit

NEW 4-METER CABLE

To meet your expectations, we have upgraded the cable used in our interfaces from 3 meters to 4 meters. However, the increased cable length is not the only improvement. We have replaced the previously used cable with a specially designed, custom-made cable manufactured exclusively for our company according to the highest quality standards. The cable features double shielding – aluminum foil and a braided copper shield. These shields serve two purposes: they make the cable more durable and resistant to damage while eliminating interference from the vehicle's electrical system. The internal conductors are made of highly durable stranded copper wires. All these features ensure that repeated bending or accidentally trapping the cable in a car door or under the hood will not damage it!

Connector 11 is not compatible with Sequent series control units. Sequential controllers require a specific interface from our product range and cannot be connected using this connector. For that purpose, we offer a dedicated device designed to support modern BRC gas system models.

This connector is intended for older BRC gas system models. Before making a purchase, please ensure that your gas system is equipped with the appropriate diagnostic port.
