Basic operation step by step

1. Connect the tester to the vehicle's standard 16-pin OBDII socket.

Not every one of the 39 service functions or every coding function is available in every vehicle. ECU coding is currently confirmed only for selected Ford, Chrysler, Jeep, and Dodge models.

Lack of automatic recognition by AutoVIN does not automatically mean lack of compatibility – the vehicle can be selected manually.

Clearing a fault code does not remove the physical cause of the fault. If the problem persists, the code may reappear.
