Basic operation step by step

1. Connect the tester to the standard 16-pin OBDII socket of the vehicle.
2. Turn on the ignition.
3. Use AutoVIN or select the vehicle manually.
4. Start scanning available controllers.
5. Read fault codes and Live Data parameters.
6. Before clearing, save DTC and Freeze Frame.
7. If necessary, perform an activation test, service function, or adaptation procedure.
8. After repair, clear errors and re-scan the vehicle.

Important information regarding compatibility

Not every one of the 28 service functions or every activation test is available in every vehicle. Before purchasing, we recommend checking compatibility based on the model, year, and VIN number.

Lack of automatic recognition by AutoVIN does not automatically mean lack of compatibility – the vehicle can be selected manually.

Clearing a fault code does not remove the physical cause of the fault. If the problem persists, the error may reappear.
